Student Information Coordinator

Position

Bishop Ready High School, located at 707 Salisbury Road in Columbus, is seeking a Student Information Coordinator for the 2025-2026 school year.  

The candidate will work to ensure that students, parents, and staff have a positive, safe, and productive learning experience with Bishop Ready’s digital information systems: PowerSchool (SIS), JAMF (MDM), and Canvas (LMS). 
 
Duties and responsibilities may Include: 
 

  • Assist the technology director with implementing building level technology plans and initiatives

  • Manage the Bishop Ready Student Information System (SIS) through PowerSchool

  • Work alongside the admissions team with registration for enrollment of new students linking FinalForms and PowerSchool.

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of PowerSchool, which may include master schedule building, teacher and classroom assignments, student scheduling, transcripts, and grade reports. 

  • Work collaboratively with administration, the technology director, and staff to plan, develop, and implement best practices for teaching and learning. . 

  • Provide leadership and input for both short and long term planning as it pertains to the infrastructure at Bishop Ready.

Theology Teacher

Bishop Ready High School, located at 707 Salisbury Road in Columbus, is seeking a part-time Theology Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.   

 

About Bishop Ready

Bishop Ready serves families on the west side of Columbus as well as the surrounding suburbs of Hilliard, Grove City, Galloway, Ashville, London, and West Jefferson.  With an enrollment of 420 students, Bishop Ready offers a college-prep curriculum in a family-centered foundation based on Catholic teaching.  Our faith is highlighted not only in our formal settings of worship and spiritual retreats, but also in the classroom, in our after school programs, in our commitment to service to our community through volunteer projects, and in our everyday interactions with each other.  

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be an active member of a Catholic parish

  • BA degree with at least 30 semester hours (45 quarter hours) in Theology or Catechetics

  • A valid Ohio Non-Tax Teaching Certificate or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date

  • Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills

  • Completion or verification of safe environment training and requirements necessary for employment in all Diocesan schools: VIRTUS training and a current FBI/BCI background check if not already completed for state licensure

OCE 4110.0 BACKGROUND CHECKS 

All paid school staff must have on file both BCI and FBI background checks and must attend “Protecting God’s Children.” All volunteers must have on file a BCI background check and must attend “Protecting God’s Children” no matter how much or how little contact they have with children or youth, no matter if volunteering for the school or parish, and no matter what time of the day or night they volunteer.
