Transcripts for Alumni/ae

Alumni/ae must fill out a transcript request form in the guidance office OR mail a transcript request to the Guidance Office.

NOTE: Transcript request forms may be downloaded below.  (Unofficial transcripts can be provided to alumni/ae; official transcripts will be mailed only to schools and employers.)

There is a $3 fee for each official and/or unofficial transcript request. Make check or money order payable to Bishop Ready High School.
